The Department of Genetics Wednesday Research Colloquium presents Martin Buchovich, UNC BCB Graduate Student in Karen Mohlke's Lab and Matt Weiser, UNC BCB Graduate Student in Terry Furey's Lab on Wednesday, February 6th, 2013.  Martin Buchovich's talk title is "Quantitative sequence identifies allele-specific protein binding at disease-associated loci".  Matt Weiser's talk title is "Large-Scale Identification of Trans eQTL Using Gene-Gene Partial Correlation Networks".  These talks will be held in UNC's Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center in the Pagano Conference Room.  Pizza is provided for this talk but you are asked to provide your own drink.
