From Greensboro on I-40: Take the highway 86/Airport Rd exit, number 266. Take a right off of 40 onto Airport Rd headed south. Go approximately 4 miles until Airport Rd becomes Columbia Street [Airport and Columbia merge at the top of a long hill, if you reach Franklin St, continue on]. Cross Franklin St and go to the intersection with Cameron Rd, take a right on Cameron and the first left onto Pittsboro Rd. Continue on Pittsboro Rd staying to the right as Manning Drive splits off to the left. Take a left on Mason Farm Rd and find parking in the second deck. To park in the second deck, simply stay straight when Mason Farm becomes East Dr, and the entrance is on the left.

From HWY 54: Take HWY 54 and exit onto South Columbia St headed north. Take a right onto Mason Farm Rd and find parking in the second deck. To park in the second deck, simply stay straight when Mason Farm becomes East Dr, and the entrance is on the left.

To reach Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center: Exit the parking deck onto Manning Drive and go to your left. Take a left on West Dr. and LCCC is on your right.

To reach MBRB and NRB: Exit the parking deck on Manning Drive and go left. Pass West Drive, and continue on until you reach Thurston Bowles Building on your left. You will see a large water fountain and a large staircase. Take the staircase and walk along the promenade and enter the greenspace. MBRB is across the yard in the corner. NRB is attached to it on the right and has a large white banner hanging on the front.

The administrative offices of the Department of Genetics is located in 4300 MBRB.
